Before HPA, I came up in one of Malaysia's fastest-growing startups, where everything ran on numbers, KPIs, dashboards, cost per result, being relentlessly data-driven. That was just how you operated. So, when I helped out a friend who runs a dental clinic, I did the only thing I knew: I looked at his numbers.

What I found stuck with me. Brilliant clinicians working incredibly hard, but their businesses were running on guesswork. And they weren't alone. Healthcare and wellness businesses had been left behind. The only help available was marketing agencies running creative, useful, but it rarely answered the question that actually matters: are more patients walking through the door?

They'd never had access to what big corporations take for granted: a clear view of their own numbers, and the systems to act on them. So I built that for my friend first. The moment the data was on the table, the real problem was obvious. It was never reach or creative. It was conversion. Patients were already raising their hands, slipping through the cracks one slow reply at a time.

That's how HPA was born.
